PHOTO: Taylor Momsen Struts Her Stuff In New York

This is former "Gossip Girl" star Taylor Momsen in New York Tuesday, strutting up and down the streets in leather knee-high boots as she filmed a video with Japanese musician Tomomi Itano, pictured in pink.

The 19-year-old star -- who announced in 2012 that she was giving up acting to focus on her music career -- was photographed relaxing and smoking a cigarette before shooting her scenes.
