Halle Berry's breasts are a force of nature. Before you get skeeved out, this is not some pervy ode to the actress' bosoms. Rather, it's a reminder that if we take care of ourselves, wear the proper undergarments and dress appropriately, we too can look like Halle Berry when we are 46. Well, maybe.
Recently, "The Call" star has been on our style radar quite a bit. First, there was awards season when she landed on our Oscars 2013 best-dressed list wearing a plunging Versace gown. The black and silver dress had a futuristic feel with strong angular shoulders, metallic accents and a very revealing décolletage.
The Academy Awards wasn't the first time the Oscar-winning actress has worn a daring look. Who could ever forget the sheer, peek-a-boo Elie Saab gown that she wore to accept the Best Actress Award in 2002?
Her daring necklines aren't limited to the red carpet either. Berry recently appeared on "The Tonight Show" in a Reem Acra dress that flustered Jay Leno. The frock's illusion neckline was cut down to her navel, revealing the perfectly round sideboob (underboob? cleavage? whatever!). We've seen the star in bikinis, catsuits and lingerie and, the fact is, her bosoms hold their own.
In addition to eating right and exercise, she must wear proper undergarments that keep her breasts from sagging. If they are still that perky at 46 years old and after the birth of her daughter Nahla, we assume that she wears bras that holds things in place.
Not only does she support her breasts with proper lingerie, she also chooses clothes that show off her assets without skewing tawdry. Berry varies the silhouettes that she wears so she's not always in a plunging neckline. If she does dare to bare, she balances out the sexiness with a demure knee-length hemline or cap sleeves. And she avoids heavy makeup and overbearing jewelry, instead letting her cleavage take the spotlight.
Whatever she's doing, Berry's doing it right.
