You may know her as one-half of Hollywood's favorite comedy couple. (Her hubby is film producer and director Judd Apatow). Perhaps you know her as the lead actress in "This is 40." Or maybe you recognize her as the woman who was recently named the "Queen of Comedy" by Elle magazine. One way or another, Leslie Mann is a name worth noting (and remembering).
The California native broke into the acting world at the age of 18 and has made a name for herself as an endearing funny girl. But in celebration of her 41st birthday on Tuesday (Mar. 26), we are turning our focus to Mann's style.
In this 1996 picture, Mann is seen walking the red carpet in a flirty shift dress. The flattering cut complements her slim figure and narrow shoulders, while her clutch accentuates the sparkles in the frock. Mann's strappy white sandals are an ode to the times, as is her hair. (She has a Drew Barrymore "Never Been Kissed" curly coiff thing going on).
While we might not sport her hairdo today, the rest of the look could easily be translated into a great summer ensemble -- now we just need the snow to stop!
