Amanda Seyfried is ready to ogle over dresses -- well, Givenchy ones, anyway. On Sunday, the Les Miserables actress joined Jessica Chastain in the front row at the Givenchy Fall/Winter 2013 Ready-to-Wear fashion show for Paris Fashion Week. Both Seyfried, 27, and Chastain, 33, looked stunning and serene in the French capital one week after they faced thousands of flashing cameras for the Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles -- where Seyfried sang with her Les Miserables costars onstage, and Chastain lost to fellow frontrunner Jennifer Lawrence in the Best Actress in a Leading Role category.

What viewers didn't see at last week's Oscars, however, was the backstage drama between Seyfried and her Les Mis costar Anne Hathaway, 30. As exclusively revealed by Us Weekly, Hathaway "was freaking out" during an Oscars rehearsal on Saturday, Feb. 23 -- all thanks to an iPhone snap Seyfried had shared of her Alexander McQueen gown, which she planned to wear to the ceremony.

The frock was quite similar to the custom-made Valentino gown Hathaway had chosen for her big Oscar Sunday. "Anne was like 'WTF?!'" an observer revealed to Us, although she never ordered Seyfried to change her dress plans. Irked by Hathaway's tantrum, "Amanda didn't want to deal with it and left" the rehearsal, the source notes.

In the end, Best Supporting Actress winner Hathaway wore a talked-about Prada creation, and even apologized, via public statement, for "any disapointment caused" by the last-minute switch. "I had so looked forward to wearing Valentino in honor of the deep and meaningful relationship I have enjoyed with the house and with Valentino himself."
Regardless, bygones are apparently bygones. On Saturday, Seyfried tweeted to her pal: "Fact: I love you, Anne!"
