If you’ve thought about going short this winter, you have two options: The season’s It mid-length cut (as seen on Alessandra Ambrosio, Amanda Seyfried and Khloé Kardashian). Or the short textured bob spotted on Sophia Bush, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Miley Cyrus!

Over the long, holiday weekend, Bush got scissor-happy, transitioning her lob into a short tousled bob during a Thanksgiving Day salon sesh at the L.A.-based hair salon, Ramirez Tran Salon, which is owned by celebrity hairstylists Ahn Co Tran and Johnny Ramirez.
“TRÉS CHIC SOPHIA!,” Tran captioned the debut snapshot.
Tran was the mastermind behind the choppy, chin-grazing style, while Ramirez created the star’s “lived-in color,” a blurring highlighting technique that takes about six hours to perfect. So, we’re thinking instead of going into a Turkey-filled food coma on Thanksgiving, Bush headed to the salon for a few hours of peace, and left with a cute new do.

Looks like Bush wasn’t the only star who spent some quality time at the salon this weekend.
Dewan-Tatum also shed a few inches from her textured lob, as well as added some subtle face-framing highlights, courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin and colorist Denis De Souza, Sunday afternoon.
“Feeling mama tired today but this fresh chop and color with @jenatkinhair and @denisdesouza got me feelin sunny ☀️,” she said on Instagram.
The star has been short for some time now, and based on her constant chop dates with Atkin, we doubt she’ll be growing out her bob anytime soon. And we’re just fine with that considering the choppy style suits her so well.

And lastly, in case you forgot, Cyrus has been slowly growing out her famous pixie — and it’s finally reached bob territory!
“What am I gonna f–kinnnn do w Muah hurr?!?!,” she said in an Instagram photo, showing just how long her hair has grown since her initial platinum blonde pixie makeover.
Since Cyrus isn’t quite sure what to do with her slightly longer, shoulder-grazing style, what do you think she should do next? Should she go back to pixie land, or shave her sides into a mohawk? No matter which hair decision the stars makes, we doubt she’ll ever go back to her long brunette locks. But here’s to hoping.
