You’ve been patiently waiting, and it’s finally here! No, not Santa’s sleigh, but the next best thing: Katy Perry‘s holiday campaign for H&M. There’s singing. There’s dancing. There’s elves.

The star embraces a fairy-like persona, sprinkling holiday magic on the proceedings until she’s dancing with giant gingerbread men, toy soldiers and elves. And there’s a catchy song that goes along with, which means that H&M employees the world over will be humming this long into 2016.
According to Perry, joining the H&M family was an organic collaboration, as she’s been sporting the fast-fashion retailer’s styles since she was a teen.
“I swear, I’m not pitching anything to you here, but when I was a teenager, we didn’t have a lot of money, and H&M really changed the game for me,” she told Yahoo Style. “I would go to thrift stores and I would go to H&M, and I would put outfits together for myself, and feel like I looked like a hundred dollars when really, I’d spent maybe $30. And I can still do that now with their clothes!”
And one of her favorite pieces from the winter line? An “Elfie” sweater (obviously), which Perry says she would probably end up adding to her cold-weather wardrobe, even if it wasn’t gifted to her. (And we 100 percent believe her.)
“It’s great! I loved that sweatshirt,” she said. “There are some really cute things in this campaign. Things I would have already worn in real life. And when I first heard ‘Elfie Selfie,’ I couldn’t stop laughing.”

Aside from providing holiday party outfit inspiration (have you seen the styles she wore in the video?), the star has also dishing out her gift-giving advice, so you might want to take notes.
“But like I said before, the girls I meet when I’m touring are smart. So the easy thing is, if you get a gift that isn’t quite your style, make sure you say ‘thank you’ anyway, because the person giving you a gift is always, always, more important than a present,” she said. “But you can set the gift aside, hopefully it still has tags attached, return it to the store when you get a chance, and pick out something you like more — maybe the Elfie sweatshirt!”
