Justin Bieber celebrated his 19th birthday with his new favorite pastime -- taking off his shirt.
After wrapping up his show in Birmingham, England, the pop star returned to his London hotel, where he kicked off his birthday celebrations at 3 a.m. and partied with rumored new love interest Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke and other ladies, according to the Daily Mail.
The paper notes that despite the freezing temperatures last night, Bieber showed up to his hotel shirtless -- and we can't say we're surprised, since stripping down to show off his abs and growing his tattoo collection have become a near-weekly occurrence for the Canadian singer.
