Stunning in blue! Kate Middleton looked gorgeous as she walked into the 2015 Fostering Excellence Awards in London on Tuesday, Nov. 17, wearing a striking royal blue dress and putting her hair in ringlets.
The mom-of-two got inspiration from India for her choice of outfit, having just announced that she and husband Prince William will make an official tour of the country in the spring, visiting for the very first time.
The Duchess of Cambridge's eye-catching, crinkle-effect gown cost around $850 and was created by Indian-born designer Saloni, a label she's not worn before.
The stunning royal wore the dress with a dark blue belt and black suede high heeled shoes, and carried a black Mulberry clutch bag.
The event, organized by The Fostering Network, enabled the 33-year-old mother to meet children and foster parents, along with social workers.
Two of the fostered children she met, Rowan, 7, and Ambrose, 11, presented her with handmade blankets for her children Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 6 months.
It was a busy day for the Duchess. Earlier on Tuesday she and husband Prince William,33, visited the French Ambassador's residence in London where they wrote in the book of condolences for those who lost their lives in the Paris attacks.
