We usually see Katie Holmes bundled up, running errands and with a small child somewhere in the vicinity.

But someone must have gotten a babysitter, because Katie was spotted on Wednesday night giggling courtside at a New York Knicks game with a "mystery man" by her side -- and she looked so good.

Is that darker hair we spy? And vampy nails? And neon pumps? And ripped denim? Katie's style is decidedly post-Tom and totally fresh... so fresh, in fact, we kind of want to steal this entire look, hair color and nails included. Who knew we'd ever feel that way about lil' Joey Potter?
