Katy Perry pushed the limits on the 2013 Grammy Awards dress code. The singer, 28, styled a long, form-fitting mint green Gucci dress with cleavage-baring cut-out on the red carpet at the Staples Center Sunday, Feb. 10.

The stunning gown featured a jewel collar that drew even more attention to Perry's massive cleavage. According to Deadline, CBS sent an email to Grammy Award guests stating, "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered." "I was inspired by Priscilla Presley in the '70s . . . Married to Elvis Presley, of course." Perry told E! News. "The bigger the hair the closer to God."
Perry, who is nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance for "Wide Awake," walked the red carpet separately from boyfriend John Mayer. But the couple did pose for pictures together at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala and Salute to Industry Icons in Beverly Hills Feb. 9.
"She fixed his hair and they chatted," a partygoer told Us Weekly. "They seemed really happy and content."
