Vanessa Hudgens took to the 2023 Met Gala red carpet in a Michael Kors gown that played into her signature penchant for bold fashion. The 34-year-old wowed in a flowy, black-and-white dress that featured a thigh-high slit, midriff cutouts, and two flower embellishments. Hudgens was styled by Jason Bolden, who has sourced many of the star's outfits over the years. The actress has been embracing the slicked-back, high-ponytail hairstyle as of late, and once again opted for the sleek look this evening thanks to Danielle Priano. Tonya Brewer used fresh-looking beauty products to build out the star's golden glow, and a sharp cat-eye design completed her look with edgy sophistication.
Despite the trend of black and/or white gowns that were seen throughout the evening, Hudgens managed to stand out in her ensemble, which brought a welcomed dose of drama to the occasion - while still tapping into her free-spirited personal style.
Earlier this spring, Hudgens was spotted wearing a sheer floral slip dress with black biker shorts and an oversize leather jacket to match while strolling through New York City. The actress also made her engagement to MLB player Cole Tucker Instagram-official with a few social media snaps that saw the star cozied up next to her fiancé in a white bridal slip dress. She even gave fans an up-close glimpse of her oval-cut engagement ring, which finished her look at the Met Gala, too.
