Emma Roberts brought the cow-print trend to Coachella. The actor channeled her inner cowgirl at weekend one of Coachella with a brown cow-print bandeau bikini from the brand This Belongs To. Styled by Brit and Kara Elkin, Roberts posed by the pool in a pair of cat-eye Lapima sunglasses and a pearl necklace from Monica Vinader. "The desert tells a different story every time one ventures on it," she captioned the post, quoting Robert Edison Fulton Jr. and showing off her festival wristband to the camera.
Although her bottoms were barely visible in the photos, the company sells two options to go with its bandeau top, including one with a metal horseshoe detail for extra western flair. The other high-rise bottoms - which Roberts appears to have been wearing - tie at the back for an adjustable double string bikini look. As an added bonus, both pieces are primarily constructed from recycled nylon. According to its website, This Belongs To takes nylon waste from landfills and converts it into a sustainable fabric called "ECONYL," which is recyclable, protective against UV, and "twice as resistant" to things like sunscreen and other oils.
Roberts isn't the only celebrity prioritizing more environmentally-friendly clothing: Back in January, Billie Eilish wore a sustainable corset for her January 2023 Vogue cover shoot, featuring fabric made from natural materials like paper, tree bark, and banana leaf. Other notable looks include Meghan Markle's sustainable and ethically sourced outfit at the 2022 One Young World Summit in Manchester, and Emma Watson's custom-made two-piece set for her interview with Al Gore in 2021.
