Nicola Coughlan has been serving us some serious drama as of late. And we don't mean as the gossip-mongering Lady Whistledown on "Bridgerton," but with the stunning gowns she's been spotted wearing. On Monday, June 6, Coughlan stepped out in London wearing a gorgeous ruffled tulle midi skirt and matching top by UK label Selezza.
The 35-year-old was in the capital to celebrate the 150th anniversary of iconic jewelry brand Tiffany & Co., so it was apt the star chose an outfit in the light-blue hue to match the brand's signature color. Standing outside the iconic Harrods department store, she was there to flick the switch, turning the 7,500 exterior lights from amber to blue - the first time the store has changed its color in its 173-year history.
Coughlan teamed her voluminous two-piece outfit with sophisticated black Jimmy Choo Court shoes complete with ankle straps and cute bows. She wore her hair in a chic ponytail with soft strands pulled out of the front. Keeping her makeup simple with a clean eyeliner flick and neutral gloss to let her clothes do all the talking, she accessorized with glistening Tiffany & Co. jewelry, of course.
"The coveted Tiffany blue box holds a special place in my heart as I'm sure it does for many others, and so I feel very privileged to be a part of this esteemed jeweler's 150th UK anniversary celebrations, in collaboration with Harrods," Coughlan said. "It was wonderful to light up the sky 'Tiffany blue' this evening."
Her latest look comes after a string of stylish appearances. Opting for another dramatic gown at the BAFTAs, Coughlan chose a bubblegum-pink Valentino dress with bow detailing. And she made her Met Gala debut in a pink-and-black feathered Richard Quinn ensemble with opera gloves and sleek hair.
As the "Derry Girls" star continues to impress in the style stakes, we can't wait to see what she wears next. Ahead, see all angles of Coughlan's ruffled outfit.
