The actress and her fiancé posed for several photos at the star-studded ceremony, which took place in Portofino, Italy, where Kardashian and Barker celebrated their third round of "I dos" on May 22. For the happy occasion, Fox opted for a gorgeous black gown from celebrity-favorite designer Zuhair Murad.
Fox's wedding guest dress is from the designer's fall/winter 2021 collection. The draped liquid taffeta gown came in a classic black shade and featured a beaded corset bodice on tulle. The strapless top was affixed to a long draped skirt with layered material and a thigh-high slit. As for accessories, the "Good Mourning" star completed her ensemble with black ankle strap heels and carried a velvet bag with a gold link chain. She left her long hair down, parted in the middle, and opted for a smoky-eye look and deep red lips. MGK, on the other hand, decided to take things up a notch in a metallic blue leopard-print suit, which he styled with a black button-down shirt, silver necklaces hooked through the collar, and a pair of heeled loafers.

She recently celebrated her birthday wearing a gold strapless Area mini that had an asymmetrical hemline with ruching on one side, finishing the look with gold Gianvito Rossi heels, a silver Jimmy Choo clutch, and a black stone-encrusted crown. Later that same evening, she switched into another striking outfit: an arctic blue catsuit, which she coordinated with MGK's cable-knit vest.
