How's this for a knockout?
Anna Crutchfield is now both a successful beauty pageant contestant and a national boxing champion.
Last weekend, the 16-year-old from Travelers Rest, S.C., kicked gender stereotypes to the curb when she won the 2013 Junior Olympic National Championship, FOX Carolina reported.
The tournament consisted of teenage from 36 states and Washington D.C., according to the Travelers Rest Tribune. Crutchfield was the number two seed going into her first matchup, and her victory means she is now a part of the USA Boxing International Travel Team.
"They've asked Anna to get her passport as soon as she gets home," her father, Scott Crutchfield, told the paper. "The win opens a lot of doors, and her next fight will be in Seoul, South Korea."
The teen doesn't even feel the need to separate her two personas -- she showed off her boxing skills in the talent competition part of the 2012-2013 Miss Travelers Rest Pageant, in which she was the second runner-up.
But Crutchfield seems to have her eye on the 2016 Rio Olympics, her dad said, as opposed to the Miss America crown.
Either way, she kicks butt.
