When you’re among the most beautiful mother/daughter duos in the world, Mother’s Day may be celebrated a little differently in your house.
For instance, Sunglass Hut may host a tea in your honor and allow you to play dress-up with all the shades (not quite like the breakfast in bed we’re hosting for our moms!)
Georgia May Jagger, who’s the face of Sunglass Hut, and her model mom, Jerry Hall, celebrated their Mother’s Day ad campaign in style (see an image, below) at the line’s N.Y.C. flagship, and answered our questions about swapping beauty tips — and sunglasses.

PEOPLE: Georgia May, what’s the best style or beauty tip you’ve gotten from your mom?
Jagger: Always get enough sleep — and wear red lipstick and oversized black sunglasses!
PEOPLE: Jerry, what have you learned from your daughter?
Hall: Try to play with color and take risks. She used to take a lot of risks when she was younger.
PEOPLE: Of all the outfits your mom has worn, Georgia, what’s your favorite?
Jagger: She wore this beautiful long sparkly Thierry Mugler dress with a fish tail. It was two tone and was so glamorous. Beyoncé actually wore the same dress recently. I love when she gets all dressed up. Her gown collection is amazing!
PEOPLE: We hear you both share clothes. What’s your favorite thing to borry?
Hall: We love to share sunglasses and jewelry. Georgia May always borrows my dresses. The leopard dress I’m wearing today, I haven’t seen it in years. It has been in Georgia’s closet. Today I got it back!
Georgia: Yeah and the gold Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses you are wearing today are mine, mum! I love her vintage jewelry.
PEOPLE: What’s your favorite sunglasses style right now and why? How many pairs do you own?
Hall: Wow, Georgia owns so many pairs of sunglasses now that she works with Sunglass Hut. She gets so many and I take them when she isn’t looking. I got this one pair of Vogue Eyewear frames from our recent photo shoot. They are black cat-eyes frames and look super chic on me!
Jagger: I really love anything Ray-Ban. Their classic Clubmaster style is so fun and the different pastel round ones are cool too. I must have about 60 pairs in my collection. Each month Sunglass Hut sends me 8 pairs to photograph for my monthly photo diary called Georgia’s Journey.
