It's also the third marriage for the thirtysomething and West Wing actor, 55, who is a father of three. Dancing with the Stars alum Gilbert (whose ex husbands are Bo Brinkman and Bruce Boxleitner) has two sons: Dakota Brinkman, 23, and Michael Boxleitner, 17.
As Us first revealed, the TV veterans quietly got engaged over the holidays. "They've known each other for quite some time, as their paths have crossed off-and-on over the past 20 years," a pal told Us at the time.

Back in her teens and early twenties, former child star Gilbert dated Rob Lowe. San Ysidro Ranch has hosted other famous couples: Drew Barrymore and husband Will Kopelman hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner there last year.
