This Week’s Best Dressed Star Was Neck-and-Neck – With Herself

What can’t Taylor Swift do? She acts, sings, tweets, breaks hearts — and she has topped our Best Dressed list two weeks in a row.

Last week, we were surprised to see her nab the top spot in a dressy shorts look.

But as it turns out, her dramatic Emilio Pucci gown had more staying power, lasting at the top of the list right through the end of the week, until it was bested — by yet another Swift style.

Her skintight, sexy Herve Leger by Max Azria barely edged out the competition (herself) but definitely earned its place atop the list. We love that it’s a total style departure for the normally super-sweet star.
