Three Things From the London Runways You’ve Gotta See

The front rows are full of A-listers. The champagne is flowing. The Instagrams are coming fast and furious. And — oh yeah! — there’s actually stuff on the runway that we want to discuss. Below, three things you should check out from the extremely glam London Fashion Week.

Big hair at L’Wren Scott: For her London Fashion Week debut, the model-turned-designer made a big statement — and not just with her rocker-chic collection. Her models walked down the runway wearing pulled-back hair that exploded into a frizzy ponytail. Between this ’70s-glam style and the giant hair at Marc by Marc Jacobs in N.Y.C., we’re excited to have a fashionable excuse to let our hair go crazy this fall.

Tom Ford’s gloriously graphic gowns: Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel weren’t the only ones impressed by the perpetually fab designer’s fall looks. From intricate zebra print to dazzling citrus gowns that packed a punch, fashion editors were falling over themselves wondering who would brave one of these babies at the Oscars.

Mulberry’s cheerful bags:
As if we weren’t already coveting a Mulberry purse, the line sent out yummy, luxe-looking satchels in shades of lemon meringue and forest green. They’re so delightful, we’re ready to forgo any new purchases throughout spring and summer so we can refresh our wardrobe with them this fall.

Tell us: What do you think of London Fashion Week so far? What was your favorite runway moment?
