We all know Tabatha Coffey, Bravo’s sharp-tongued Aussie style pro, from her newest show, Tabatha Takes Over, which is in its fifth season! And now, she’s bringing her talents online, joining us at PEOPLE StyleWatch each week to dish on some of the best – and worst – celebrity looks of the week. Keep in mind the opinions below belong solely to the stylist … though she’s probably saying what lots of you are thinking, anyway!
Today, she discusses Eva Longoria, who Coffey thinks may have rubbed Ursula the Sea Witch the wrong way.
Dear Eva,
Let me start by saying you usually look fabulous and know how to dress for your petite frame to create the perfect proportion.

My question is: “What happened?” You look like a mermaid who washed up on shore and her glittery scales are disappearing before our very eyes. What is left is a confusing cutout that looks like it’s been decorated with crystal gel window decals.
The dress cuts you off in all the wrong places, making you look short and choppy. Perhaps in a shimmery gold this would elongate your stature, but not in navy blue.
And what about the curtain trim at the bottom? That’s a trip and fall waiting to happen. Did they mean to leave that piece on?
Even with the melting mermaid dress gone awry, your makeup and hair are stunning. The bold eyes are balanced beautifully with the neutral cheeks and lips. Your hair is coiffed with just enough height and your jewels are gorg!
