Fine, but this particular pair of pants, while defining our subject’s waistline, has a ruffle right around what’s usually the widest part on any woman: the hips. The off-color animal print induces vertigo, and the too-tight top might make breathing difficult.
Prescription: A day of shopping at a maternity store. With several months to go in her pregnancy, our patient should stock up on flowy, flattering dresses, tops and bump-friendly jeans that say, “ahhh,” not, “AHHH!” We’re glad to see our subject taking such advice to heart already, and hope she continues to use our antidote as prescribed.
