Stars Celebrate Hollywood's Biggest Night

The 85th Annual Academy Awards has come and gone, which only means one thing -- time to PARTY.

It didn't matter if they walked away with a statue or not, everyone was down celebrate the end of award season. Hollywood's A-listers hit up Vanity Fair's exclusive Oscars party, at West Hollywood's Sunset Tower Hotel, while others celebrated at the Governor’s Ball and Elton John's Annual Oscar party.

The after-parties bring together anyone who's anyone, and a few nobodies too. Where else are you going to find Kourtney and Kim Kardashian partying with Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus?
