This week's best-dressed stars stunned in unexpected colors and beautiful prints. Nicole Kidman looked gorgeous Pantone's top color for 2013, emerald green, while Taylor Schilling turned heads in a coral dress. (It looks like this "Orange Is the New Black" star has found her color.)
Though we were mesmerized by all the exciting shades on the red carpet (hat tip to Olivia Wilde for her graphic print dress), our favorite look belonged to Shay Mitchell who stuck to neutrals. Her expertly tailored jumpsuit did her tall figure justice and made us remember why sometimes less is more.
Rachel McAdams in Roksanda Ilincic
This white dress against McAdams' red hair creates the most lovely contrast. Though the actress' figure could have easily gotten lost in this floor-length gown, her metallic belt helped to define her waist and added a little bit of edge.
Shay Mitchell in Jenni Kayne
How many ways can you say "smokeshow?" The "Pretty Little Liars" star is killing it in this jumpsuit. The plunging neckline is nicely balanced out by a relaxed fit trouser, while the neutral color palette makes her ensemble very sophisticated.
Michelle Rodriguez in David Meister
Sometimes a simple dress is the best option, as proven by "The Fast and the Furious" actress. The amazing fit of the frock paired with beachy waves makes her entire outfit look very effortless.
Crystal Reed in Carolina Herrera
Matching tops and bottoms are all the rage right now and the "Teen Wolf" star has executed it well. The print works head-to-toe since it's black and white, and her red lips add a great pop of color.
Lucy Hale in Houghton
We love a crop top with a voluminous skirt, as the exposed skin works to balance out the entire look. Bravo, Hale!
Keri Russell in Stella McCartney
Russell's jumpsuit is absolute perfection. Not only does it fit her body like a glove, but the V-style neckline and slightly flared trousers make her legs appear endless.
Oprah Winfrey in Escada
This vibrant pink looks amazing on Oprah's skin tone, and the wrap style dress helps to accentuate her beautiful curves.
Julianne Hough in Jenny Packham
Hough's embellished crop top looks great with her high-waisted red pants. Not only does the silhouette flatter her figure, but the pants elongate the petite star.
Nicole Kidman in Narciso Rodriguez
Emerald green is going to be huge for fall, so why not get a head start now? The rich shade looks beautiful against Kidman's alabaster skin and red hair, and the shoulder cut-outs help to emphasize her trim arms.

Well, Piper Chapman cleans up well (or should we say, Taylor Schilling?). This beautiful coral color is a refreshing change on the red carpet, while the ruching in the midsection is extremely flattering.
Olivia Wilde in Clover Canyon
We love how Wilde wore a printed dress on the red carpet. She was smart to choose one color in the pattern to mirror in her accessories, ensuring that her look isn't too busy.
