Selena Gomez is making the rounds at the SXSW Music, Film + Interactive Festival to promote her most recent film "Spring Breakers." And once more, Gomez' style has us abuzz. Justin Bieber's off-again girlfriend is giving us all a lesson in how to wear spring trends. On Sunday, she blew us away in a floral crop top and high-waisted pencil skirt and yesterday, she killed it again.
This time, the Texas-born former Disney star hit the red carpet in a seafoam cutout dress from New York-based design duo, Cushnie et Ochs. Seafoam (also known as mint-slash-robin-egg-blue in every day parlance) made many an appearance on the spring 2013 runways. Not only is the pale blue hue a sign that spring is on its way, but it complements Gomez' olive skin tone.
Gomez isn't shy about trying trends: She's also working cutouts like a pro. Like Sunday's skin-baring look, Gomez highlights just an inch or so of skin and balances it out with a demure knee-length hem and nude pumps.
However, we can't say this look is perfect. Like Anne Hathaway's Oscars dress, Gomez is a victim of overly pointy darts in the bust. We are just thankful that the cutouts and gorgeous color of this dress are what first caught our attention.
