It's the little changes! Rachel Bilson debuted a fresh hairstyle with "subtle highlights" via Instagram on Tuesday, Dec. 1.

The Hart of Dixie alum, 34, added face-framing layers to her long brunette locks, with honey-hued strands sprinkled throughout. Clearly excited about the mini-makeover, Bilson wrote, "Got my hair did today #bouttime #subtlehighlights."
