We're entering the depths of summer, and the stars' outfits are responding to the heat properly. This week, celebrities did not hesitate to let it all out. Rihanna, the quintessential fashion daredevil, attended the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week in nothing but a cardigan. Yes, really. You have to see it to believe it. Miley Cyrus dialed it back only slightly, deviating from her usually too-risqué outfits in a fierce cut-out Versace dress.
The BET Awards provided us with some stumbles. There's no denying that Ciara has an amazing body and she should show it off, but her red carpet look managed to be risque and boring at the same time. And Meagan Good's neckline was way too low.
