She may have gotten a hair makeover, a new portrait and an Oscar presenting gig, but Michelle Obama is still the outfit-repeating first lady we know and love. FLOTUS addressed the National Governors Association on Monday wearing a sleeveless, two-toned Rachel Roy dress with a rose-printed top and a black tweed bottom.
If it looks familiar, that's because it's one of Michelle's go-to pieces. She wore it to shoot her "Most Interesting People of 2009" segment with Barbara Walters and again in 2010 to deliver remarks at a National Restaurant Association board meeting.
