Miley Cyrus may be remaining mum when it comes to her relationship status with maybe-or-maybe-not fiancé Liam Hemsworth, but she IS expressing herself in a big way when it comes to her outfits.
To wit: this eye-popping short shorts and tank top combo that the 20-year-old singer strutted around in Thursday in Sherman Oaks, Calif., complete with a gold-chain belt and striped stilettos. Cyrus was also photographed popping into an American Apparel with a friend, though no word yet on whether it was to pick up a cover-up.
