Even when Olivia Palermo had a leading "role" on a TV show, she was always a lady of few words. Off-camera, she was rather quiet too, usually declining interviews in favor of lengthy poses on red carpets. So it's quite a surprise that in her first commercial as the face of Oscar de la Renta's new diffusion line for the Outnet, she speaks! Well, reads from a script, but no matter. The video shows her sitting for a portrait (it's not so different a from step-and-repeat, really), and playing with a mysterious dog that we don't see quite enough of to identify (best guess: beagle). As for the dresses themselves: They're very pretty in a prim, girlish, totally non-Galliano way. The 24-piece collection, priced $325 to $1,295, will launch February 26 — perfect timing for all the spring brides to pick their bridesmaids' dresses.
