Is there a better way to celebrate a milestone anniversary than with a party? For Moschino's Spring 2014 show, which celebrates the brand's 30th anniversary, Rosella Jardini threw a gigantic bash on the runway and invited some old friends, including Pat Cleveland, Erin O'Connor, Alek Wek, and singer Gloria Gaynor to join in on the fun.
Cleveland opened the show dancing down the runway in a sleeveless ball gown with a cow on the front and back of it. Another few icons also shimmied their way out and back before the show really opened, with models coming two-by-two in a sort of saints and sinners theme. The pairings included chaste and sexy takes on nun's habits, maid's uniforms, and nurse's attire, among other things. If the distinction between good and bad was ever hard to tell, handy belts and handbags that said "Good Girl" and "Bad Girl" were a handy reference tool.
And while the show was fun, the way it ended was spectacular. Gaynor stepped out on the runway to the shock of many assembled and belted out her hit song "I Am Who I Am" before the models walked the finale. Here's hoping the brand's next three decades are this fun, too.
