The Queen of Pop -- and Punk! As the very last celebrity to arrive on the red carpet at the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Madonna proved she still knows, after all these years, how to steal the show. The 54-year old singer and mother of four embraced the evening's theme of Punk: Chaos to Couture, wearing a grey studded tartan jacket (Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci) and a ripped fishnet body stocking -- and no pants, of course.
The Queen of Reinvention also covered up her usually blonde locks, instead opting for a brunette bob wig reminiscent of Uma Thurman's Pulp Fiction look.
Complimenting the outing with severals chains, at least one dangling crucifix and pink Casadei pumps, the Madonna happily vamped on the Met steps with one dramatic, edgy pose after the next to show off her toned legs and posterior.

In a happy mood, the "Ray of Light" singer told reporters her most rebellious moment: "It changes by the day, by the hour!"
At the Grammy winner's side? Brahim Zaibat, Madonna's longtime boyfriend, a 25-year-old dancer and model, who recently signed with IMG.
