The last time we checked in with Lucy Hale for Bongo, the star was stripping down to her bikini.
But this week, when we got to chat with Hale at an appearance for Bongo at a North Hollywood, Calif. Sears, the star told us she’s loving the colored and printed denim so much, she may have a hard time going back to that two-piece.
When we asked which Bongo pieces she’d be living in this summer, she said “I’ll be wearing the colored [jeans] … and floral print denim. I’m wearing a pair right now!”

Another thing she plans to live in this summer: sunscreen. “I’m very fair skinned, so I’ve always gotta use sunscreen.” In fact, she says, she’s so fair skinned that she’s had her share of sunburn disasters — and at this point, she won’t even spray tan: “I’m afraid that it wouldn’t go over so well!”
Speaking of summer, Hale’s got it on the brain (us too!). She plans to pack up her jean shorts (Bongo, of course) and sunblock and hit the road for her June 14 birthday. “I think I’m going to go to a lake a couple hours away to go tubing and jet skiing,” she shares. Sounds like fun!
