A longtime friend of Michael Kors, it was no surprise to see Lori Harvey sitting front row at his New York Fashion Week show. For the occasion, the 25-year-old entrepreneur donned a crisp white buttonless blazer with nothing underneath. Paired with matching Michael Kors tailored trousers and accessorized with a bedazzled clutch, a sparkly chain necklace, and simple gold stiletto heels, Harvey's menswear-inspired look commanded attention in a totally effortless way. Arriving at the Terminal 5 music venue in Manhattan, Harvey joined such front-row luminaries as Blake Lively, Camila Mendes, Amelia Hamlin, Addison Rae, and Dove Cameron.
The collection, which celebrated "the allure and energy of New York City at night," featured a series of evening and day-to-night looks in a classic palette of nude, brown and black shades - save for the occasional jolts of hot pink. Models touted monochrome suiting separates, one-sleeve embellished dresses, oversize scarves, and faux-fur coats. Over-the-knee suede boots, travel satchels, and statement clutches adorned many of the ensembles, infusing them with a festive flair. It's Kors's sartorial interpretation of a fall night on the town, and the clothes "are really everything you need for stepping up, stepping out and making an entrance," he wrote in a press release. Indeed, each look was so polished and wearable, it would make anyone look forward to the next post-pandemic night out.
Ahead, appreciate Harvey's suit from different angles, and check out a few favorite looks from the Michael Kors fall collection.
