NEWSFLASH: Grey is the new black!
We have Rihanna to thank for this bold declaration after debuting a new deep icy grey hair color, which she'd like us to call "#Brrr", via Instagram and Twitter Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

We've seen RiRi switch up her 'do countless times, but the 25-year-old star has stuck to her half-shaven head and long honey blonde extensions since kicking off her Diamonds World Tour earlier this year. While she's kept the same style, the fresh silvery tint is definitely a fierce way to update the look.
It's unclear what prompted the color change, but she may have been inspired by Nicole Richie's gorgeous grey mane from this year's punk themed Met Gala.
Could this more mature look mean the end to her wild ways? We wouldn't go that far, but we're definitely digging this 'do.
And judging by the approximately 920k Instgram likes, the new hue is a certified hit!
