Actress Jessica Alba posted a photo of her grandmother on Facebook Thursday with the caption: "Mi abuelita aka gamma gamma or grammers."

The star has commented on her good genes in the past, thanking her grandmother for her post-baby body.
"My grandmother was amazing," the actress told People magazine in 2011. "[She] would go home in the clothes that she wore before she got pregnant with all five of her kids. It's definitely good genetics."
