Lily Collins made a style statement at the "Emily in Paris" premiere on Dec. 6. In celebration of the season three release in Paris, the lead actor experimented with a sultrier look than usual, wearing a draped cutout dress from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello. Cut from a light-brown stretch-jersey fabric, the long-sleeved gown came adorned with large cutouts across the stomach and ruched detailing down the dress.
She worked with stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn on the ensemble, accessorizing with ultrahigh black platforms and stacked Cartier bracelets worn over her sleeves. She also selected yellow-gold diamond earrings and a ring from the jeweler to wear alongside her rose-cut engagement ring. Dark, chocolate-brown nails; freshly trimmed bangs; and a light smoky eye finished the actor's look.
The "Emily in Paris" star has recently been spotted in feminine, classic French-girl styles, but for her big premiere, she opted for a little more edge. The Saint Laurent dress is reminiscent of Hailey Bieber's showstopping number at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in March: a beige, ruched jersey-cut dress with cutouts held together by a large rosette.
With a penchant for quirky, vibrant pieces, Collins's onscreen persona certainly enjoys a more maximalist wardrobe than the actor, though Emily Cooper pulls it off with ease. In the series, she's often seen mixing and matching statement items like patterned bucket hats, bold prints, and fingerless gloves.
