Lady Gaga slays, both literally as The Countess on "American Horror Story: Hotel," and figuratively everywhere else.

Like the red carpet. 

The singer/actress/red carpet vet stepped out for Billboard's Women in Music event in New York City Friday giving off major '90s vibes in what she described on Instagram as a "killer power suit" by Kay Goss.

Complete with bangs, a pink lip and little else, all she really needs is a tiara to achieve this Courtney Love look from the 1995 Vanity Fair Oscars party:
