Henry Holland is not a man who's afraid of color, and for his Spring 2014 show he took it past the clothes and onto the catwalk itself, which was covered in abstract purple clouds. The clothing itself owed a lot to 50s Americana; there were chic brocade cocktail frocks, shirt dresses, capri pants and checked A-line skirts, but many of these were given a twist with splashes of religious imagery. Orange, pink and dark turquoise set off the colored runway a treat and accessories included chunky chains, baseball caps and metallic strappy sandals.
