Elizabeth Rees, the founder of the wildly popular removable wallpaper company Chasing Paper stopped by the PEOPLE studios to share two easy DIYs live on Facebook.
Her line of temporary papers is a great solution for renters (or wallpaper-phobes) because it doesn’t involve any paste — she likens the adhesive to a super-strong post-it note — or any design commitment. But it also makes a statement off the wall.

Exacto Knife
Instructions
1. Trace the tray on the backing of the panel Chasing Paper
2. Cut out the traced section
3. Start in a corner, peeling back 4″ – 5″ of the paper
4. Use your hand to adhere the paper to the tray — continuously peeling off the back and smoothing
5. Use the exacto knife to trim any of the edges
*Pro-tip! If you get an pesky bubbles use a pin to pop the bumble to release the air!

1. Using the frame matte as a guide trace the size of the frame
2. Cut out the traced section
3. Place the paper against the glass and place the frame backing to secure
4. Hang or lean against your wall
