Not every girl is born with bold brows like Cara Delevingne or Lily Collins. (Oh, how we envy them.) And if you've gone too far with tweezing, waxing or threading, getting big, beautiful eyebrows may seem hopeless. But we may have discovered a trick to grow thicker eyebrows without sacrificing what little hair you have left.
In the video above, ModaMob host Marianna Hewitt shows us how to use castor oil as a brow growth serum. Rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E and other nutrients, castor oil stimulates circulation and increases hair growth. This all-natural (and much more affordable) alternative to Rogaine or Latisse can bring even the saddest of eyebrows back to life when applied routinely over a few months.
So what exactly does it take? Before bed, dip a clean mascara wand into the castor oil and gently brush onto your brows. Use a Q-tip to remove any excess. In the morning, wash your face as you normally do and wipe off any leftover castor oil with makeup remover.
