Florence Pugh, who is currently making press rounds for her new film "A Good Person," stepped out in New York City on Wednesday, March 22 decked out in Valentino's Toile Iconographe print from head-to-toe. Styled by Rebecca Corbin-Murray, the 27-year-old star got her hands on the logo-fied blouse; matching hot pants, which come with a luxe leather trim; and roomy shopping bag, carried by her security personnel, so she could strategically balance her leather moto coat on one shoulder. Pugh added her own dose of edge to the ensemble, layering her shorts over semi-sheer tights and finishing with square-toe ankle boots. She chose Valentino's sculptured, acetate sunglasses with plenty of multi-stud titanium rivets, and further decorated with delicate everyday earrings, her septum hoop, and rings. While her makeup appeared to be minimal, her blond hair was fashioned into a flipped bob with a side part, and two gemstone-adorned barrettes were pinned above one ear.
The look is not unlike the ones she sported in the days prior, including a floaty sheer Batsheva dress with a biker jacket and a tie-dye Altuzarra midi with cutouts that was chosen for her appearance on "Good Morning America." However, this recent moment more visibly solidifies her ambassadorship with the Valentino house, which has been extended to the red carpet on multiple occasions, but most iconically at the 2022 Haute Couture show, when she freed the nipple in Barbiecore-pink; the 2022 Venice Film Festival, where she wore a sheer, corseted tulle dress with poufy sleeves; and at the 2023 Oscars, where she flaunted Valentino hot pants similar to this off-duty pair, albeit underneath a voluminous beige taffeta gown that trailed the floor. More recently, she chose a sideboob-baring polo dress for MGM's screening of Pugh's upcoming movie.
