Florence Pugh Shimmers in Thong-Exposing See-Through Skirt

Florence Pugh continues her reign as our 2023 style muse. Fresh from opening the Harris Reed show at London Fashion Week, the "Don't Worry Darling" star sat front row at Valentino's fall 2023 show at Paris Fashion Week on March 5 wearing a totally sheer sequined maxi skirt that exposed her thong underneath. Her ensemble was an outfit of two halves, wearing a grey cropped sweatshirt on her top half to offset the naked skirt as she rubbed shoulders with Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, and the Peltz-Beckhams at the prestigious event.

The Valentino look was the perfect mix of sultry meets classy. Working with longtime stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray, the high-waisted maxi skirt was made with a totally sheer fabric adorned with soft cream iridescent sequins and jeweled appliqué. The embellishment gathered at the bottom of the skirt to form a dramatic train, and her light grey thong was completely visible underneath. The skirt was teamed with a cropped grey sweater with an embellished crew neckline. She added a sparkling silver Valentino bag and Tiffany & Co. jewelry to add a final bit of glitz to her outfit.

Pugh's full glam squad were out in force as Alex Babsky gave her a chic cat eye and soft matte pink cheek and lips, while Peter Lux knotted her hair at the back and on the top of her head. Dawn Sterling was in charge of nails, giving Pugh a metallic copper manicure.

Pugh has long been a fan of Valentino's creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli's work, having worn the fashion house's designs on multiple occasions. She most recently wowed in a sequin Valentino minidress at the BAFTAs afterparty and wore a naked cutout Valentino gown on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Perhaps her most notable moment with the brand came after she attended the Valentino Haute Couture show in July 2022. The actor wore a see-through, barbiecore-pink dress and called out body-shamers who criticised her visible nipples, asking: "Why are you so scared of breasts?" There's no denying Pugh continues to slay in the style stakes. Read ahead to see all angles of Pugh's latest naked look.
