Carly Rae Jepsen is an old pro at photoshoots by now (see: her campaigns for Wet Seal and Candie’s), but the rest of us can only imagine what it’s like behind the scenes.
That’s why we’re loving the star’s personal Instagram shots from the L.A. shoot for her latest gig as the face of Güd hair and skincare — which the “Call Me Maybe” singer shares just with us.
“Dre’s dolling me up for the Güd shoot today! One can never have too much lipgloss,” she captions the top left photo, giving a shout-out to the shoot’s makeup artist and hairstylist Andrea Tiller. The top right shows Jepsen debating outfits with stylist Britt Bardo: “Red skirts, red showers and red bikini tops? I say ‘Why not?!’” Jepsen says.
Next up is hair: “We went for a wavy, beachy look with the locks,” she says, adding “Güd smells sooooo good!!!” And for the final shot, Jepsen shows us what she was up to once the shoot wrapped, saying “Now to focus on my Valentine’s Day cards!”
