Dove Cameron showed off her signature sultry-meets-edgy goth aesthetic at the LA premiere of "The Flash" on Monday, June 12. The 27-year-old songstress posed for pictures on the red carpet with Kiersey Clemons, who plays Iris West in the film alongside costars Ben Affleck, Ezra Miller, and Sasha Calle. Cameron's own outfit, styled by Dani + Emma, was complementary to Clemons's more sculptural number, as Cameron opted for a simple black off-the-shoulder gown from Maticevski. The look, which features gathered ruching down the bodice, boning at the sides for structure, and a modern exposed zipper, is called the Assertion gown, and is also available in three other shades that retail at $1,795. The silhouette helped to highlight many of Cameron's delicate tattoos, but most notably the "ALCHEMICAL" block text on her upper left shoulder.
Always one to introduce conversation-starting trends, the star wore a pair of Brandon Blackwood satin pumps - equipped with a towering 6-inch heel and 4-inch platform base - over Atelier Biser vinyl thigh-high stockings, altogether making for what appears to be a clunky, '90s-inspired boot at first glance. She wore numerous silver Simone Jewels rings and a few studs in her ears, but kept the rest of her accessories minimal. Cameron's long, brown hair was parted at the center by Madison Clifford, allowing for full focus on her considered makeup by Melissa Hernandez that included peach blush, contoured cheeks, a matte amber lip, and smoky cat-eye liner that looked as though it could have been spray-painted, with a noticeable break at the under eye.
Cameron has also worked with Heather Picchiottino on her wardrobe, frequently opting for an all-black color palette in the form of cutout, skin-revealing designs that showcase her body art. However, she recently switched things up for an annual event hosted by The Cameron Boyce Foundation, sporting a mixed-media Erdem dress with a tulle skirt and flashes of emerald on the deconstructed denim corset.
