Connie Britton, the star of "Nashville," is an American actress best known for her portrayal of football wife Tami Taylor on "Friday Night Lights." Britton's tousled, auburn mane often steals the spotlight from her acting prowess (her hair is the subject of many adoring blogs, and it even has its own Twitter handle, @ConBritsHair).
Britton is a risk-taker when it comes to her roles. She told The New York Times, "The thing about taking risks is, if it’s really a risk, you really can fail. It’s only a pretend risk if you really can’t fail.” Her style is equally notable. On "Nashville," Britton dresses the part of a country starlet, all glitz and glam.
