Christina Aguilera is once again turning heads. On May 6, the singer and Playground founder headlined Las Vegas's Lovers & Friends festival in an ultra-edgy leather ensemble unlike any of her usual performance outfits. Belting hits like "Genie in a Bottle" and "Beautiful," she rocked a corset top and bottoms that featured the same lace-up detailing throughout.
Designed by Aguilera's stylist Chris Horan, the completely custom outfit was made by dressmaker Karina Malkhasyan and consisted of a plunging, sweetheart neckline and cutouts everywhere you looked. For accessories, she wore leather opera gloves with the crisscross design down the sides, sky-high platforms, and black shield sunglasses. It's unclear whether she's wearing her viral vagina nails underneath the gloves, though she did add diamond rings over the leather.
Now, Aguilera has worn all kinds of sexy outfits over the years, but her recent leather look took her sultry style to the next level. It was reminiscent of the latex dress she wore to perform at the 2022 Billboard Latin Music Awards last September. Her plunging black number at the time was courtesy of Latina-owned brand Venus Prototype and Violet Star. More recently, she dressed in an eye-catching Versace faux catsuit covered in velvet zebra stripes at the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in April.
