Bridget Hall is the latest supermodel to help Rag & Bone turn the traditional photo shoot on its head. The brand's DIY project - first conceived during Spring 2011 for Rag & Bone/Jean - gives a model a digital camera, a bag of clothes, and free license to interpret the spirit of Rag & Bone/Jean in her own way.
"To us, Bridget represents that natural, all-American supermodel," Rag & Bone's Marcus Wainwright said in a statement from the brand. "You can see that she's a cool, down-to-earth girl."
Bridget Hall tapped longtime friend Carin Backoff to photograph her everywhere, from a beach in the Hamptons to an artist's studio in New York City, to capture a series of images whose sex appeal cannot be denied. Her source of inspiration? "We listened to everything from Jay-Z and Alabama Shakes," she divulged in a press release. "We had good old bacon cheeseburgers, beer, good wine, good laughs, and just a good time between friends."
