Dancing With the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba is no stranger to fancy footwork — but these days, she’s bringing the heat with her hair instead. The star debuted a seriously sassy new look on social media last night, and we don’t know if we can wait a week to see in it in action on the show.
The first clue she gave that she was even thinking about changing up the long, highlighted waves she’s had for ages was a tweet late at night Wednesday, in which she unveiled a shot of the sleek, short and dark do, complete with sideswept bangs. And judging from the big smile she’s sporting, she’s as into the new look as we are:

On yet another shot of her short cut, she doubled down on the enthusiasm: “Side angle #haircut So free! #lettinggo of the past! Welcoming the new!! Yay!!” she wrote. We love her super-glam new vibe — in fact, we’re giving her tens across the board (and mentally imagining Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli doing the same).
