The year of Beyoncé continues with an epic #BeyHereNow teaser-turned-Pepsi-commercial, and it couldn't have debuted on a more appropriate day. Today - April 4 - also marks the singer and Jay-Z's fifth wedding anniversary. The ad, which plays her rumored new single, "Mirrors," in the background, takes us through a pretty awesome sequence of Beyoncé incarnations. Among the mix, her pink sari-inspired "Bootylicious" look, her sexier white tank and denim shorts combo from "Crazy in Love," and her black off-the-shoulder "Single Ladies" unitard all make an appearance. But modern-day Beyoncé might just be our (new) favorite look to date.
She layered a black sheer patchwork lace AllSaints Kyoto t-shirt ($68) over a black sports-bra-like top, then paired it with black leather shorts. It's a dark monochromatic look with just the right amount of sex appeal, edge, and, well, legginess. And while it certainly fits the Coachella bill, if you're not quite ready to take on the same approach, we think this see-through top would work just as well over a strappy floral slip dress and ankle boots.
