We can all agree to disagree on which season of "The Real World" deserves the title of best season. But when it comes to standout style moments, that honor would belong to the awesome early '90s editions: New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The low production level of the show combined with the earnest, un-Reality TV approach of the cast members made for pretty excellent programming. But just as mesmerizing were those '90s-tastic outfits on display: Season 1's Julie paired her denim on denim with comfy Nikes; Irish punk-hipster Dominic with his Flock of Seagulls hair; and San Fran's Puck's scruffed-up bike messenger look. Basically every trend from that decade has resurfaced in some way or another, and it was all captured on "The Real World," a time capsule of sorts.
Our favorite RW style icon, however, has to be Tami from L.A. The silver hoop earrings she wore with everything, the stacked platforms and velvet baseball caps. Then there was the baggy denim shorts, belts and bodysuits. The future "Basketball Wives" star was basically Rihanna before Rihanna.
As MTV launches yet another round of the iconic show tonight (28 and counting), we decided to look back at all the rad fashion from the many seasons.
